Customers have the option to return or exchange any products within 2 days from the date of delivery only if the product is damaged or the wrong item is received. The return can only be processed if the videography of the product unpackaging is provided by the customer.
Return will be processed within 2 days. Refunds will be initiated within 2 days.
If you no longer want or need a product, it must be returned in new and unopened condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact. The serial number should also be intact. All accessories must be in new and unopened condition with the original packaging intact.
Delivery and handling charges for returning unwanted items dispatched by a seller are usually borne by the buyer. If the return is due to a fault on the part of the seller, you can request reimbursement for return postage costs.
To ensure a safe return, we recommend using a traceable delivery service.

2. Locate the order you want to return. Below the product name, you’ll find the store’s name. Click on the store’s name to find their contact details.
3. You can contact the seller directly or place a support ticket for the return.
4. Enter your query and click “Send e-mail”. Your query will be forwarded to the seller.
Please allow 3 business days for the seller to respond and provide return instructions. For the safest return, use a traceable delivery service.
Refunds for seller-fulfilled orders are managed by the seller. They will request your account details to process the refund. Please note that the refund will be issued after the seller receives and verifies the returned order.
For damaged or defective items, the seller will refund the cost of the item along with the delivery charges incurred in sending it to you. However, for returns of unwanted items, the seller is not required to refund return delivery charges unless the return is due to an error on their part.
